My experience in Business Integration, eCommerce and Supply Chain fields spans 20 years. Having held technical positions with Sterling Commerce and then as Managing Director of Chase Consultancy Ltd, the company I co-founded in 2002.
Working with many of the leading companies cross-industry has provided me with great insight and the opportunity to learn about market trends, product positioning and services to meet our customers’ needs more effectively.
I led the development of Chase Consultancy Ltd into the UK’s leading independent, award-winning IBM Sterling consultancy and joined Lightwell (then Oxford Consulting Group) in 2013 via the acquisition of Chase Consultancy Ltd. In January 2020, I conducted the management buyout of Lightwell (UK) Ltd and founded Coliance Ltd.
Coliance
As Chairman of Coliance, I oversee day-to-day business operations in addition to developing and shaping the company’s growth strategy and development initiatives. In 2013, I led and successfully completed the sale of Chase Consultancy Ltd, a company I co-founded in 2002, to Lightwell Inc (formerly Oxford Consulting Group). Following the sale, I continued as Managing Director EMEA, responsible for the running of Lightwell’s business unit outside of the US. Over the last 18 years I have been responsible for all aspects of the business at one time or another.
The Learning Centre Private School
As well as my career in technology, I also have a passion for education. I am the Licensed Operator and Director of TLC Private School & Institute based in Peyia, Cyprus. TLC offers comprehensive, co-educational teaching at the highest level from Kindergarten to Secondary. The school is in its tenth year of operation and is as one of the premier private schools on the island of Cyprus with 300 students that bring 32 different nationalities to our school community. TLC follows the UK curriculum and is licensed by the Ministry of Education, Cyprus.

Level Q is a marketing business, specialising in advertising management, marketing strategies and creative offering a range of services from digital marketing to branding and strategy development.
Elea High, Online School
Following the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, I began to look into the use of online software to provide lessons to a wide range of ages. This inspired the creation of Elea High, Online School.
